5. Bookings & Transactions

• Bookings and requests are agreements between users; RentaKoto is not a party to those agreements.
• We do not guarantee availability, completion, or outcomes of bookings or services.
• Disputes should be resolved between the involved parties; we may assist at our discretion.

6. User Conduct

• Do not harass, abuse, or harm other users.
• Do not attempt to bypass security controls or misuse the Platform.
• We may block or remove users for violations or harmful conduct.

7. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, including fitness, merchantability, and non‑infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RentaKoto is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill.
