4. Cancellation of Digital Agreement

• If both parties have agreed to a digital contract and later cancel, a cancellation fee and related rules may apply.
• Fees and rules are defined by RentaKoto’s cancellation policy and the landlord’s listing terms.

5. Property Use & Conduct

• Tenant agrees to use the property for lawful residential purposes only.
• Tenant agrees to maintain the property in good condition and comply with house rules.
• Landlord agrees to provide habitable premises and perform required maintenance.

6. Disputes

Disputes should be resolved between the landlord and tenant. RentaKoto may assist at its discretion but is not a party to the rental agreement.
